CANCELLATION/REFUND/DEPOSIT POLICY

Sightline Strategies LLC will not issue refunds should a student/patron need to cancel their attendance in the chosen course due to the nature of scheduling and maintaining a minimum student count. Once the student has been successfully registered for a class the seat has been secured for you and removed from availability. Unforeseen life events being what they are, Sightline Strategies reserves the right to allow the student to move their tuition to a future Sightline Strategies course of their choosing of equal value NOT to be used or rolled into any guest instructor courses. Should Sightline Strategies need to cancel a course for any reason a full refund will be given.

CLASS REMOVAL POLICY

In the event that a student needs to be removed from class Sightline Strategies LLC will not issue a refund whether that removal be for safety or the student’s inability to keep up with minimum standards. At Sightline Strategies we will not give up on you if you do not give up on yourself so the student will be offered to return at a course more suited to the level the student is at or given equivalent value on a 1 on 1 basis.

CAN I COME SHOOT AT THE RANGE?

Yes, we are open to the public, however, it is open by appointment only. Please contact Live Fire Training Academy directly to set yours! Be advised that classes and training will always take precedence over recreational or individual shooting.

ARE CLASS DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

No, they are not. Please see our cancellation/refund policy written at the top of this page and at the bottom of our events page.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE INSTRUCTION?

Yes! We offer private instruction for all levels and can tailor curriculum to your exacting needs. This is especially beneficial for the brand new shooter or person who wants something more tailored to their individual goals.

IS THE RANGE OUTDOORS?

Yes. Our home range is outdoors and all classes are conducted rain or shine so please plan accordingly.

DO YOU HAVE INDOOR RESTROOMS?

Yes! We have indoor restrooms.

SHOULD I ATTEND USING AN OPEN OR CONCEALED HANDGUN POSITION?

That is totally up to you! We welcome everyone to make their own choice and apply their own context to our coursework. We recommend that you train inline with your main goals whether that be for defense, competition, or the joy of skill building.
